Really enjoyed the session at the salt retreat. I have really felt the difference in my breathing and it was so relaxing. I would recommend Sereniti and I will definitely be going back.

Visited Sereniti for the first time today and had a sports massage with Ellie. Ellie was excellent and very knowledgeable so I will definitely be going back! The salon is beautiful and very friendly staff. Gorgeous little hidden retreat in the city centre so I can’t wait to come back and try the salt room!

I’ve been fortunate enough to experience 2 treatments , at this beautifully decorated retreat, and both have been fabulous.
I stumbled upon this place , quite by accident, but so glad I did.
Every one of the therapist are not only very good at their specialities, but they are such genuinely lovely people, that you feel you’ve known them for a lot longer than your treatment time would dictate.
Hopi was not only very relaxing, but effective, and actually resulted in my turning down standard volume on both my tv and iPhone.
The Reiki was amazing, Sarah Jane is not only incredibly good at it, the fact she takes the time to explain the process, from what she does, to what you may experience, through to her feedback during the session , only enhances the experience, I would recommend anyone tempted to try reiki for the first time, to book in with her.
And if all that wasn’t enough to choose this venue over your current , or another, it’s also a stones throw from Blackfriars restaurant, giving you the perfect excuse to combine some pampering with lunch / dinner , not that one should be required

I went to seneniti's open day last sunday ( 13/05/18) and had a lovely afternoon. The salon is beautiful and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
I had my first ever reflexology treatment and have to say it was amazing. Very realaxing and interesting. Can't believe you can tell so much about your health through your feet and they felt wonderful afterwards.
Also has a session in the salt room. Loved the ambience of the room, gentle warm lighting and chillout music. Was a relaxing experience and had a great night sleep that evening.
Would highly recommend and can't wait for my next visit.

What a wonderful experience I. The Sereneti Salt spa.. thoroughly recommend this therapeutic healing place. You will not be disappointed !
It’s like a small personal salt cave. The walls and floor are pure healing salt and the air is infused with small salt particles to help clear your lungs and heal your skin problems. You will sleep like a baby after your session!
Anyone with asthmatic or respiratory illnesses should book right now! It’s amazing! It helps psoriasis and excema and other skin issues. Call Michelle and she will be happy to help!
There are other incredible treatments to try too! Go for it ! Right in the middle of town with parking outside ! ♥️

100% Strongly Recommend the Salt Room.- just amazing! Sinusitis for weeks - 1 visit - completely cleared. Can't wait to try the infra red sauna next time.
Also Strongly Recommend a Full Lymphatic drainage & body balance off Andy Webb.
